  • 3 months of 30 minute monthly advisory and check in with President/CEO/ED or Board Chair via phone or video conferencing twice monthly (total of 6 hours)

Program Overview:  Designed for organizational leadership with existing  strategic plans, yet looking for more professional leadership coaching, to ensure they remain on course and to provide one-on-one coaching and advisory to CEO or ED leadership. 

  • 3 months of 1 hour monthly advisory and check in with President/CEO/ED or Board Chair via phone or video conferencing twice monthly (total of 6 hours)

  • Leadership development work plan

Package #3

Program Overview:  Designed for organizations with identified challenge areas or subject matter intensive overview needs.  Subjects may include, technology adaption, board development, fundraising, etc. 

  • 4 hour strategic planning session w/presentation on key topic area of choice with board

  • 1.5 hour one-on-one with CEO

Program Overview:  One-day facilitator led strategic planning session with Board and executive leadership.  Perfect for end-of-year planning and general strategic planning with operational organizations. 

  • 6 - 8 hour strategic planning session w/presentation on key topic area of choice

  • 1.5 hour one-on-one with CEO

  • 1.5 hour one-on-one with Board Chair

Program Overview:  One-day facilitator led strategic planning session with Board and executive leadership.  Perfect for turn-around CEOs or organizations in need of more intensive engagement. 

  • 6 - 8 hour strategic planning session

  • 1.5 hour one-on-one with CEO

  • 1.5 hour one-on-one with Board Chair

  • Final findings and recommendations report

  • 3 months of 1 hour monthly check in with President/CEO/ED or Board Chair (maximum of 3 hours)
