About The Walker's Legacy Series:
Through interactive discussion and learning from nationally recognized and accomplished businesswomen, Walker’s Legacy is designed to help women walk into their purpose, passion and profit.
The goal of the series is four-fold:
- Encourage Entrepreneurship & Economic Advancement Amongst Women
- Create Business & Professional Learning Experiences for Women
- Facilitate Networking and Collaboration Amongst Women
- Showcase the Achievements of Notable Women
Walker’s Legacy is primarily aimed at executive to mid-level professional women. Women who attend Walker’s Legacy, affectionately known as Walkers, are women who aspire to start their own businesses or excel in their current careers.
Each program, held at the historic Sumner Museum, features a reception style luncheon, a keynote address from renowned authors and businesswomen, networking and book signings.
